Everett at 10

 

Everett is most certainly our middle child! He thrives on negotiation and compromise as well as loving to be around friends. He gets less attention mostly because he doesn't seek it out often, but when he does Everett gets what he needs. He can be quite persistent in seeking out someone to show a magic card trick to, play a game with, or pester with jokes and stories. Everett is most often the one told to wait a moment but he waits patiently and eventually gets his moments to shine. He gives the bestest hugs and slurpy kisses! 

Everett is talented at starting and finishing tasks for school, reading, piano, and such. He will focus on learning something new develop it to the best of his capacity then move on. He is not into Legos like Phillip. He is more into building robots but likes the idea of it, lacks the motivation when challenges come. His favorite games are still played alone like his imaginary games with lots of sound effects and weapons. Everett will also be the first one to throw a punch if you cross him (mostly after being pestered to distraction). He is still our angry squirrel, spitting and defending his pile of nuts. I adore his ready smile and cheery disposition.
