Everett is 11

 

Everett is the classic middle child. He is the most low-key, easy to underestimate, chill child ever. Until you steal his nuts, then he will go rabid squirrel on you. He is very anxious to learn and instrument, the trombone captured his heart. Everett really loves sports, he runs for fun, really has a goal to get rid of his love handles. He really does not have love handles...his body is gearing up for growth spurt. Everett is running his first terrain race in September. Everett has a soft spot for engineering and robotics. 

He switched from small book series to the meaty book series like Harry Potter this year. He often reads until after midnight huddled under his covers with a book light. Over the summer Everett struggled finding his way with friends, feeling left out, and unloved. Once you get him talking to you he will hand over his heart with a smile. I am so impressed with Everett's love of the gospel. He really tries hard to live the gospel even when somethings are hard to figure out. 

Everett is a healthy boy. He weighed in at 85.6 lbs (66.4%) and measured 4'9" (56.1%).
