Everett is Three

Everett Lynn Call. Three.  THREE! No way! This little boy is one fun guy. He weighs in at 36 lbs putting him in the 90th percentile. That is no surprise, he can out eat Amelia and Phillip combined. Everett is 38 inches tall, in the 64th percentile. Once again no surprise. He is wearing size 4t and some 3t if the shirts are longer. He is quickly overtaking Phillip in both height and weight. Everett is generally a happy little dude IF he has a full tummy and some alone time. He still loves his monkey/frog binkies. I am a total sucker, literally, I like sleep and Everett likes to sleep with his binkies. We will call it survival. He is not potty trained, we will work on that this summer. Everett is our hangry child...hungry equals angry. He often sleeps in past 10 am, not surprising because he does not nap and goes to bed later at 9 with his siblings.

Everett can make anything into a blaster. He loves blasters, power rangers, guns, balls, games, kicking, pushing, and provoking his siblings. Classic example: Phillip got his head stuck in the porch railings. Everett was flicking his brother's forehead with much glee. Everett is always missing one shoe or one sock, without fail. He somehow loses his left shoe, maybe his left foot is smaller than his right. That is one theory I need to pursue. His favorite foods are: fruit snacks, chips, fruits, spaghetti, beatballs, hot dogs, salad, and sandwiches. Everett also loves to cut with scissors, draw on himself with marker, and smear doughnuts on our walls. He is very talented. He can fly like superman on the swing.

For his birthday we got him a new trike he fell in love with at Bomgaards. It is a red/cream radio flyer with a step on it. The trike allows him to get those knees over his ankles so he can push the pedals. He can putter around the block in less than 15 minutes now. He loves his new bike, he loves that he can keep up with his siblings.

We started giving "glory" during FHE, this kid is bonkers for glory. He gives us a demonstration of his punches before glory. He has the cutest little voice while he read scriptures with Justin. He volunteers to pray at each opportunity. His prayers say: Dear Heavenly Father, Name of Jesus Christ Amen. We are working on adding content to the middle. Everett is also my best cleaner-upper. He loves to help me clean and does not complain. Any threat for time out gets this boy moving.

Happy 3rd birthday Mr Everett. We sure love you.
